The materials are selected for their hold and durability over time. Polyurethane, a non-animal alternative, is valued for its flexibility, durability and natural waterproofness. The components are tested by the CTC according to resistance criteria and comply with REACH requirements.
The material can withstand daily moisture. However, avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures (direct sunlight above 40°C) or repeated immersion, especially in seawater. Like all technical materials, wear and tear may occur after prolonged intensive rubbing, continuous UV exposure, or an environment combining heat and high humidity.
