Our delivery times are 7 to 10 days*.
We are the producers. Therefore, we have no intermediaries.
What happens after I confirm my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
We will ship your order within 24/48 hours.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a second email once your item has been shipped.
This email will contain a link to Order Tracking, with automatic login using your personal credentials.
You can also go to this page directly from your browser and manually enter your credentials (email + order number).
What if I am not available on the day of delivery?
Packages delivered by post generally do not require a signature.
The few packages delivered by professional carriers sometimes require a signature upon receipt.
If this is the case and you are not present at the time of delivery, a card will be left in your mailbox containing information on how to proceed.
What is our return and refund policy?
If you change your mind, you can return your order. Returns can be easily arranged by sending us an email via our contact form.

Details on the packaging of your items
BESTINI is aware of the ecological impact of its products on the planet and makes every effort to improve by reducing packaging. Your order will be packed in a minimum of plastic bags and placed directly in a cardboard box surrounded by recycled paper sheets.
