At BESTINI PARIS, we are committed to offering quality products and the best possible customer experience. In accordance with French law, here is our return and refund policy applicable to our items:
1. You wish to cancel or modify your order
Our teams strive to process your orders within 12 hours. For this reason, you have a period of 12 hours after validating your order to request a cancellation or modification via our contact form.
Beyond this period, your order will likely already be in transit and can no longer be modified.
2. You have not received your package
Our delivery times are 7 to 10 business days.
If you do not receive your item within 28 days, contact us to report a non-received item. We are committed to providing you with a quick and appropriate solution.

3. Right of withdrawal (online purchases)
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give any reason or pay any penalties.
Here's how to do it in 3 steps:

Contact customer support to notify us that you will be making a return.
2. Print and fill out the return form.
3. Send your item with the form to the address we will provide you by email.
Return conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
4. Defective or non-compliant products
In accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code), we are committed to offering you an appropriate solution if your item has a defect or does not match your order.
Possible options:
- Repair or replacement: We prioritize repairing your item to extend its lifespan, as part of an ethical and ecological approach. If this is not possible, a replacement will be offered.
- Refund: If neither repair nor replacement can be performed, we will proceed with a refund.
Procedure:
- Report the problem within 7 to 30 days of its discovery, accompanied by visual evidence (photos or videos).
- Return the item once validated by our customer service.
Important points:
Return costs are borne by the customer. In case of deterioration of the item, our customer service may refuse the return, replacement, or refund because the item can no longer be considered new. If the item has been misused, it will not be refundable.
5. Refund Procedures
Upon receipt and validation of the item in our warehouses, we will proceed with the refund via the initial payment method within 14 days.
However, return costs and associated risks* remain the responsibility of the customer.
*In the event of your package being lost by postal services, responsibility will lie with you and will not lead to an exchange and/or refund.
6. You received your item but it arrived damaged
If an item arrives damaged, we invite you to contact us by providing:
- Your order number.
- A detailed description of the problem, specifying the nature of the defect (damaged, incorrect item, etc.).
- A video of your package's reception, clearly showing that the damage is due to transport.
For your request to be processed, it will also be necessary to return the damaged item to us. Once received and inspected by our teams, we will offer you a suitable solution:
- Repair or replacement of the item, depending on availability.
- Full refund, if repair or replacement is impossible.
